I support Georgia Tech’s Saturday STEM programs by helping run sessions, manage logistics, and make sure everything on the ground worked smoothly for students, instructors, and parents.Key Achievements-Helped set up and run weekly STEM programs serving up to 200 K–12 students per semester, including classroom setup, material distribution, and coordination with program staff-Managed student attendance and handled parent interactions during drop-off and pickup, making sure students were checked in safely and sessions started on time-Worked closely with instructors during activities, helping students as needed and keeping classrooms organized and on schedule-Stayed through cleanup and equipment transport at the end of each session to ensure materials were returned and spaces were reset properly.
