Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition for some exceptional global organizations like D. E. Shaw, DBS, State Street, Cognizant helping shape how they hire, build, and scale high-performing teams.I’m not one for doing things by the book unless the book delivers results. I focus on building hiring engines that move fast, scale smart, and align tightly with business goals. From campus strategy and employer branding to process redesign and team capability building — I’ve been in the trenches, and I’ve loved every bit of it! I bring intensity to what I do. I ask hard questions, challenge the status quo, and drive TA to be more than a function. I firmly believe it should be a force multiplier — for culture, performance, and growth.Currently, I’m part of the journey of building and scaling a Global Capability Center in a BOT model partnering across a dual-organization ecosystem to deliver predictable hiring outcomes while building long-term talent capability.
