Since 2021, I have been serving as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, where I have Led a small team to manage the delivery to update the User Interface for the User Log In Portal for HSBC. And also Spearheaded Salesforce CRM integration for a new Demo Page for Finsol\'s new customers there, increasing customer response rate by 35%My accomplishments within this roles are following:Created the all project initiation and planning deliverables (PID, RACI Matrix, RAID Log, Budgeting, Road Map creation and SoW) all approved by key stakeholders.Set up the JIRA project board, groomed the backlog, Planned all sprints.Led all project kick off sessions re-establishing the communication channels, project governance, and situation escalation processes. Facilitated all requirement elicitation workshops and captured all User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.Collaborated with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements, ensuring that project goals aligned with business needs.Managed a cross-functional teams to design and implement the banks mobile app.Captured and produced the user journey maps for the As Is and To be of the Demo page Collaborated with the developers providing walk-throughs to validate approved requirements.Collaborated with the Test analyst in triage calls to confirm requirements.Created and agreed the go-live plans with key stakeholders reviewing dates as the project comes to a close.Created the project closure document ensuring all lessons learnt are captured.
