I lead media capture experiences for advanced AI driven wearables, including the Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley HSTN Meta AI Glasses. Most recently my team launched the most advanced video capture capability for AI glasses, Ultra HD (3K) video launching with Oakley HSTN Meta AI glasses. My focus is on driving a seamless and meaningful media capture strategy that enables creation and connection experiences that empower users to stay present in their moments while enhancing how they engage with AI technology and others.Key Responsibilities:• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for media capture on wearable devices, aligning with Meta’s broader organizational goals.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to ideate, develop, and launch innovative products that sit at the intersection of advanced hardware and software.• Drive the development of scalable, user-centric solutions for media creation, utility, and quality that are recognized as best-in-class.• Incorporate usability studies, market research, and analytics to inform product decisions and continuously enhance user satisfaction, engagement and retention.• Navigate fast-paced and ambiguous but highly technical environments, creating processes that maximize efficiency while fostering innovation.• Define and analyze success metrics to measure product performance, inform decision-making, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
