ABOUT VEDIKA SRIVASTAV

I am a qualified and experienced legal professional with a LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London. I have recently completed a five-month stint as a Student Legal Advisor at qLegal, where I delivered comprehensive legal advice to a start-up on intellectual property rights issues. I have also worked as a Senior Executive and an Associate in Legal Compliance at CBRE and Legasis Services, respectively, handling compliance in various domains such as Labor/HR, Environmental Health and Safety, and Regulatory laws. I have a strong grasp of legal writing, document drafting, and legal compliance. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to conduct internal and external audits, provide compliance training, manage labor licenses, draft legal framework policies, and oversee legal databases. I have also partnered with lawyers, professors, sub-vendors, and clients to offer tailored solutions and actionable recommendations. I am passionate about helping businesses navigate complex legal environments and achieve their goals. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a collaborative and supportive attitude. I am eager to learn from and contribute to the organization\'s culture and vision.
