Role: Payroll analystResponsibilities:• End to end payroll for Australian employees. • On-boarding new employees and resolving employees queries regarding pay and finding root-cause for discrepancy. • Process Full cycle payroll, Off-cycle payroll, terminations, redundancy, bonus and leave payouts.• Post payroll payments, working on payroll record, posting payroll ledgers, reconciliation of wages and posting manual wage class and departments and clearing no class ledgers.• Working on compliances such as payroll tax, PAYG, superannuation and BAS.• Auditing books at month end.• Year-end-activities for clients.Tools: Oracle NetSuite, Xero accounting, Tanda, KeyPay, Deputy, OSR to lodge payroll tax and Quicksuper to lodge superannuation.
