I\'m Vedhant Fire and Safety Officer at CBRE. I\'m pursuing MBA in Operation Management, Had done BSC in Health Safety and Environment and done one year diploma in Fire and Safety. I joined CBRE on Sept 2022 at KP Tower and Currently deployed at Vishal Mall EROS Group at Rajouri Garden. KP tower has two towers which having total 44 floors and 3 basements. Vishal Cinema has 4 floors and 2 basements. I also worked as a Fireman at DLF Cyberpark. As a Fire and Safety Officer my responsibilities are to manage safety, make our workplace safe & secure from hazards and incidents, create and implement SOP\'s as per site, maintain near misses and incidents records, conduct Fire and safety trainings for employees and tenants, conduct mock drills, operation maintenance & testing of fire pumps, operation maintenance & testing of fire alarm system & public announcement system, provide first aid drill, emergency planning, evacuation plan of building, rescue procedure, conduct ERT trainings, maintain all necessary document related to fire and safety, maintenance of firefighting equipment, manage fit-outs safety, conduct monthly fire and safety audits of F&B outlets, conduct safety training of fit-out teams of tenants, conduct induction training of fit-out labour.
