I have represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in state and federal court in a variety of matters including discrimination law, wage and hour law, trade secret law, non-compete covenants, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and wrongful termination. I advise businesses on wage and hour matters, trade secrets, non-competes, non disclosures, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, ERISA, and various day to day employment matters.
