Responsible for onboarding new joiners in Europe, China and Japan As part of onboarding responsible to ensure smoother onboarding experience for candidates and hiring managers The global employee onboarding team is responsible for preparation of contracts, back ground check initiation, employee id creation, candidate document management, sending out communication emails to candidates, hiring managers and recruiters related to candidate joining and onboarding progress Training, coaching and mentoring the team Conduct periodic appraisals to facilitate performance management Monitor team performance by analyzing team performance reports like key performance indicator report, daily audit reports Identify performance enhancements and liaise with technology team to develop and implement the process enhancements Review the SOPs with process updates and keep process documents updated Preparing root cause analysis and implement controls to ensure process adherence Tracking resource utilization to achieve process efficiency Identify training needs and assign the team members required training programs to ensure that they are competent and updated
