   Identify, evaluate, and review growth opportunities, capital allocation and budgeting decisions for each of RIL’s businesses and recommend strategic action paths to the Executive Committee and senior management. Execute M&A transactions as approved and guided by the Executive Committee and Board of RIL for the company’s various business verticals and interests. Key Accomplishments: Selected into RIL’s Career Acceleration Program, a platform to position high caliber talent as future ready RIL leaders. Key Deal Team member on the 20% sale of Oil-to-Chemicals business to Saudi Aramco at EV of US$75bn; prepared all investor materials, financial model, transaction documents and structure, coordinating of due diligence (now called-off). Worked on the development of the integrated long-term business plan and strategy for RIL’s New Energy business, including the techno-economic evaluation of technology platforms for solar PV, hydrogen and long-duration energy storage, execution of M&A and partnership agreements, and preparation of presentations for the RIL New Energy Council and Board. Contributed to transaction execution of acquisition of REC Solar Holdings at EV of US$771mn, a leading integrated polysilicon and solar PV cell & module manufacturer. Conceptualized a business strategy for Reliance Jio to maximize shareholder value by transforming itself into a true digital technology company through developing dedicated, independent technology verticals of scale. Created detailed presentation on omnichannel strategy for Reliance Retail to evolve and enhance its leadership position in Indian retail market post Walmart’s acquisition of Flipkart. End-to-end involvement in the execution of US$180mn strategic investment in Embibe, a leading AI-based online education platform, including proposal evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring and documentation.
