I work closely with liabilities, assets, technology and branch banking teams to drive digital & strategic projects. During my tenure as product manager with YES BANK, I have managed multiple products like IRIS (NexGen Mobile Banking App), YES ROBOT (AI based Chatbot) and WhatsApp Banking. Key Projects:1. YES ROBOT 2.0 – Launched AI chatbot for sales team to create qualified leads to cross sell products including liabilities, assets and cards. Increased sales conversion by 10% in FY24. Strategic projects in IRIS: Digital onboarding journeys for Personal Loan and Forex Card in FY2025.
