As the Founder and Head Coordinator of the Wild-CER Students’ Club, I established the first club in Nagpur and led its expansion across multiple colleges under MAFSU. My role includes overseeing multi-club functioning, student engagement frameworks, and coordination of operational, academic, and outreach initiatives.I collaborate with student organizations, faculty mentors, and wildlife experts to organize state and national-level workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs focused on wildlife conservation, human–wildlife conflict mitigation, and field-based learning. This includes conducting activities such as bird-watching sessions, wildlife awareness campaigns, and exposure to wildlife research and conflict-response practices.I also facilitate student participation in Wild-CER-associated research projects and conservation initiatives, helping build a structured platform for interdisciplinary learning, leadership development, and practical experience in wildlife science. This role has enhanced my experience in leadership, administration, communication, and program management while strengthening student conservation networks across Maharashtra and India.
