   i am handling process which is called HFCL (heat flattening and coating line) in that process we are observed temp of furnaces include all parameters, CRGO steel sheet core loss how it efficient to transformer which is observed by coreloss tester, graphs, values all include things so it includes all the parameter of furnace settings, we are observed loop position of sheet in looper area, when ever sheet brakes we are doing group task which is related with safety assumptions, all workers and co workers follow safety rules for joint the sheet, safety is first but we have to crake in low minutes of order due to excellence job done by our workers for grading purpose, then again set all electrical parameter for running the CRGO process line so that we achieve our target for max production. we use imported coating chemical so i have hands on that experience. when ever production target achieve we use that time for maintenance of that process line which is help by MMD,EMD so their skilled labour helps me lot of things for understanding of M/S shop experience
