ABOUT VEDANG NIJSURE
As a Psychotherapist and Social Worker, I provide individual and group therapy to clients with various mental health issues, using evidence-based and client-centered approaches. I collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for my clients. I am passionate about helping people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.I am a Master of Social Work graduate from the University of Toronto, specialized in Children and their Families. I have a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Waterloo. My previous experience includes working as a Case Manager for the Early Psychosis Intervention program at CMHA Toronto and as a Child and Youth Counsellor at 360°kids. I have developed strong skills in communication, program facilitation, and crisis intervention, as well as multiple certifications in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, & Crisis Intervention. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of social work.
