About Ved Ghotge
As President & Partner at Collaborative Supply Chains (CSC), I am responsible for client outcomes as well as revenue growth, operating discipline, and EBIT improvement across the firm. Our work reduces product and supply-chain cost structures by applying engineering-based process breakdowns, equipment-level time studies, and proprietary cost-model IP, and then validating those models against real manufacturers through RFQs, certified suppliers, and full total cost of ownership comparisons. The output is an executable outcome, not a theoretical analysis.CSC engagements typically start with engineering teardowns, clean-sheet cost models, benchmarking, and process cycle-time analysis. These models are then used to shape sourcing strategy, support supplier negotiations, optimise tariff and regional geopolitical trade-offs, and validate savings through RFQs and ISO/ IATF certified suppliers. The objective is not analysis, but negotiated and implementable results. In parallel, I also serve as President & Partner at XProScale, an independent supplier-side company focused on building globally competitive quoting models and scaling supplier growth. The two businesses operate with clear separation and governance to avoid conflicts of interest while strengthening execution across both sides of the manufacturing value chain.Core Expertise:Own revenue growth, delivery economics, and operating margin across CSC programsLead manufacturing cost transformation initiatives spanning products, processes, and supply baseDevelop clean-sheet and should-cost models across machined, fabricated, molded, and assembled componentsPerform engineering tear-downs, cost benchmarking, and process cycle-time analysis to identify structural cost reduction opportunitiesTranslate cost models into sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, price resets, and award supportSupport tariff optimisation and global sourcing decisions using region-by-region cost trade-off analysisValidate savings through RFQs, certified suppliers, and executable transition plansBuild and scale global delivery teams and an operating model to support profitable growth.Core CapabilitiesFinancial Impact: Manufacturing Cost Transformation | EBIT Improvement | Margin ExpansionTechnical Depth: Cost Engineering | Clean-Sheet Modelling | Engineering Tear-downsStrategic Sourcing: Supplier Negotiations | Global Sourcing Strategy | Tariff OptimisationExecution: Process Cycle-Time Analysis | RFQ Management | Supplier Qualification
