Planning teaching sessions for each topic grade-wise and breaking them down into goals with quantifiable learning outcomes.• Curating practice worksheets in a linear order of difficulty: fundamental diagnostic questions to the advanced application and thinking questions.• Established a constant improvement cycle of content by setting an internal process of analyzing students\' assessment data & teachers\' feedback.• Researching and developing hands-on/self-exploration activities to make understanding of important concepts better. Using ICTs and interactive games to aid learning.
