I have now returned fully to independent consultancy, specialising in coaching, workplace mediation and training. I am interested in coaching managers at all levels (I have experience in a wide variety of organisations)workplace mediation (I am a trained and experienced mediator)training, especially in constructive management relationships and personal resilienceI am keen to introduce new clients to the use of the Functional Fluency model of effective behaviours (and the accompnying optional TIFF behavioural profiling tool) both of which I have used in leadership and management training and coaching at Oxford Brookes University, University of Oxford, NHS trusts, with excellent results.
