I enjoy working with school leaders and teachers and thought partnering with them to set strong systems and structures in place in order to ensure an excellent education for children. I believe strongly that • every child can learn if we can provide the access to a great learning experience • with the right kind of coaching and training, every teacher can be an effective instructor and experience pride and joy in the role • contextual understanding needs to form the basis of any support that we set out to design for a school • education is a lot more than kids mastering concepts - every child deserves the access to develop skills that will make them self sufficient and independent • children\'s right to access a space of learning that is emotionally and physically safe for them is basic. Educators have a responsibility to make sure that this basic is provided to every child • academic content needs to be delivered with the intention to engage every child meaningfully and enable learning - not to check off topics on the syllabus • parents are extremely important stakeholders in a child\'s education and it is imperative that we invest them in the vision that we have for their children • learning can\'t stop at school. It needs to go over and beyond that - at home, in their neighborhoods, in the \"after school\" spaces they go to. Our children deserve to experience learning in little and big ways everywhere.
