Over the past 18 years, I have had the opportunity work across various roles (Indirect Tax Advisor, Credit Analyst, Credit Approver, Corporate Relationship Manager, Head Finance, Legal & Compliance, Canteen Store Sales) and across geographies (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hong Kong) which helps me analyze and strategize in a holistic manner.I have advised and funded organizations across sectors (Power, Chemicals, Fertilizers, FMCG, Duty Free, Cement) in Project Finance, Acquisition Finance and Working Capital Finance. Some notable deals - 1. Lead Banker in USD 350 mn acquisition of a fertilizer plant by a Indonesian Company. Along with the client, coordinated with all the member banks and legal advisors for successful closure of the deal.2. Member Bank in USD 2.7 bn acquisition of a US Company by an Indian petrochemicals Co. This was a structured deal involving multiple countries with different laws.3. Sole Banker in funding of USD 30 mn term lending for setting Duty Free Shop in one of the largest airports in India.4. Sole banker in GBP 25 mn refinance of an acquisition of a Tea Company in UK.5. Sole banker in USD 75 mn long term export finance of of the biggest petrochemicals Co in India.At McNROE, I don various hats like Group CFO, Group Legal & Compliance, Group Strategy, Head Canteen Store Sales, Head Family Office and I am also part of Board of Directors.
