I have greatly benefited from the extra care of people who went out of their ways to challenge barriers that might have kept me from succeeding. Not least because of that support, I’m passionate about championing for people who know how it feels like to have fewer opportunities, and about levelling the playing field so everyone is equipped with the right tools to participate in life and society. This translates into my work, and I enjoy working for purpose-driven organizations through which I can contribute to equitable transformations. Most of what I do professionally involves collaborating with people to deliver intangible things like strategies and to implement well orchestrated processes. Usually, my work is riddled with dilemmas, and I currently get to think about how we can balance the need for a fast green energy buildout with the responsibility to doing so in a sustainable and just way.
