Reporting to the Group CTO, in charge of setting-up DFDS Tech M&A team & repeatable processes from scratch (PMs, BAs, Tech Architect, IT M&A Playbook and Blueprints), to facilitate prioritisation and successful IT integration of backlog and future acquisitions/divestments across Logistics and Ferry divisions.Accountable for delivering the end‑to‑end (from pre-closing Tech DD to TSA exit) IT integration of DFDS’s flagship acquisitions, FRS Iberia/SoG and Ekol International/BU TES (Turkey’s largest logistics company). Brought together 17+ IT workstreams (ERP, IT Infra/Cloud/Cyber, M365, TMS, HR, Master Data.) to merge more than 100 applications, align complex data flows, transition from SAP to Microsoft D365, and integrate 1,500+ employees across 12 countries, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations throughout the process.
