That means working one-on-one with clients regarding meeting objectives, meeting budget and their specific requirements to help build and disseminate an accurate RFP. By tendering all meetings, I will obtain a fair and unbiased offering of hotel and meeting space availability from all meeting venues, not just a select few.Once you select a location based on specific criteria, I will then negotiate with the venue on your behalf, recommending strategies to reduce costs and minimize risks. The result? A hotel contract that is fair to both parties, not just the hotel. After contract signature, I will continue to provide support to you, the meeting planner, assisting with problem resolution and mitigation as required. With the HelmsBriscoe supplier-funded business model, HelmsBriscoe receives compensation from the hotel, not the client, transferring the cost of procurement from buyer to seller.
