Enhanced consistency, accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of work estimation process by spearheading a multi-domain team of 30+ in documenting and distilling diverse approaches into a standard procedure; later adopted enterprisewide. Adopted Agile principles developing Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks using Rally Defined skills and behaviors of top project management professionals; instilled best practices and discipline; instituted use of MS Project; developed tools and standardized techniques; as part of founding program management center of excellence. Identified improvement opportunities and drove remediation of findings after CMMI Level work practices assessment.
