Regularly review data across a wide variety of sources to set and revise strategies to support Program Directors(PD) and Fellows (e.g, coaching, Fellow experiences, Fellow engagement, campus based partnerships, etc) Review progress to goal data and strategies in one on one and team check-ins to develop/update strategic plansfor each quarter Co-Construct Fellow programs and experiences that support postsecondary enrollment Coach, support, and develop 1+ Program Directors as it relates to increasing Y1 (Juniors) Fellows’ social-politicalawareness in addition to producing an “on track” best fit lists as defined by OneGoal’s quality enrollmentframework Coach, support, and develop 6+ PDs so that Y2 (Seniors) Fellows enroll in a 2-year, 4-year, military enrollment orcertificate-granting postsecondary path in the Fall after high school, equipped to persist and graduate from theinstitution where they enroll In collaboration with campus administration, identify potential OneGoal teachers based on OneGoal classroomvision Design and manage a process to invest, recruit, and select Fellows at campuses. Manage external alliance partnerships with organizations who provide content to increase student’spostsecondary readiness/awareness to make informed decisions about their futures Co-construct secondary strategies alongside your team that support Program Directors feeling supported by thetools provided and connected to the larger OneGoal community.
