ABOUT VERONIKA BOND
Hello I’m Veronika – I’m a Head of Creative and Design with over 10 years experience, currently at CybSafe. I lead our design disciplines — Product Design and Brand Design — and help teams and leadership use design as a strategic lever across the company as we scale.I’ve supported startups from Seed round through to Series B while wearing many hats - from brand design, to product, as well as helping frame business problems as design problems that can be solved creatively with a human-centred approach.At CybSafe I get to work with remarkable people and create from zero to one a product that many people seem to love. All that while experiencing hyper-growth from the inside, raising $28M in Series B funding, growing from 5 to 80+ people, and taking on 800+ incredible customers!This journey has given me a wealth of experience, from how products are built at scale to how tech start-ups function, and how the smallest idea can evolve into something revolutionary.
