With over six years of experience in product, program, and engineering leadership, I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and value. As the Executive Director at Comcast Technology Solutions, I oversee the strategy, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies for our syndication partners, leveraging my expertise in Product management, engineering, process improvement, business process automation, and Program management.Prior to joining Comcast, I worked at Amazon for two years, where I led the product, program, and application engineering teams for the insurance technology division, managing diverse and complex products in agile methodologies. I also have a strong background in the insurance domain, having worked at Guardian Life Insurance for eight years, where I received the CEO award in 2017 and the LIMRA Rising Star award in 2019. I hold a MBA from Colorado State University, a PMP certification from PMI, and a IBM DB2 Associate certification.
