handled a complex ETL workflow written in bare bones python that is used to release a crucial data product on reaction informatics (> 44 million experiments) by ingesting data from diverse data sources like laboratory ELNs and static files (XML, docx, CSV) for training ML models and for retrosynthesis analysis by chemists. Was mentored by industry veterans on making contributions to the workflow\'s codebase.Gained familiarity with tools like Biovia workbook, Biovia PipelinePilot (and it\'s python SDK), Biovia Draw, Nextmove software packages for chemistry (HazelNut, Leadmine). Built a microservice on top of the ETL workflow, which allows scientists to quickly get the processed reaction data for a single experiment.
