Provide recruiting support with generating Request for Offer (RFO) forms into iCIMS to support Sales and Marketing recruiters. Generate Offer Letters once RFO has been approved by management and recruiter which posts to iCIMS candidate zone for applicant to review and sign. Process Data Change Forms into iCIMS and uploading Peoplesoft Data Change Forms as requested by recruiters and leadership in regards to start date changes, hiring manager changes, job code, cost center, compensation, and location changes. Post job postings through iCIMS for recruiters and leadership. Recreate job postings for postings set to expire through iCIMS. Process Employee Referral Payout Reports for Sales and Marketing Leadership weekly. Process Daily Requisition Status Report for US and Hawaii for Sales and Marketing Leadership. Process Weekly Sourcing Report for the Sales and Marketing Sourcing Team.
