I have worked in the financial industry since 1987 and specialised in property since Working for various lenders roles undertaken include business development, portfolio management as well as restructuring and recoveries and therefore have a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the sector. I also have wide experience of the SME market as well as all round banking knowledge. I have been involved in arranging and structuring many varying types of debt facilities and pride myself in being able to adapt and tailor my approach to meet the bespoke needs of clients. I have in depth knowledge of the real estate market and the demographics and dynamics of the Midlands and Wales having worked in these areas for the whole of my career. However I also have wide experience of other parts of the UK, including London, having undertaken transactions in most areas of the country.
