Logistics Management Console - designed a central logistics man- agement console dashboard used by C-level managers in weekly business reviews with KPIs from the different sub-domains of logis- tics like carrier performance, costs, errors, delivery experience using SQL, Tableau, Github.• Carrier Performance - Designed ETL Pipelines using materialized and incremental views to sanitize and transform carrier delivery scans into performance metrics like On Time Delivery, Promise Fulfil- ment, Attempted Delivery etc.• Dashboard covers performance from over 40 carriers & 10 countries covering over 99% of all hellofresh boxes and contributing to 6% increase in own fleet penetration.• Delivery Experience - Developed dashboard to visualize offered de- livery propositions across all countries operated in by Hellofresh with insights focused on Demand Steering and Opportunity Identifica- tion and is expected to lead to an increase in CVA.• Led a Delivery Configurator overhaul and a ’postal code hygiene management system’ to better assess performance, improve cus- tomer experience and retention and better understand impact of product experiments.• Oracle Cost Validation - Used Databricks & Tableau to outline and create a complex dashboard measuring cost metrics like cost per box, cost as a percent of revenue etc. leading to potential reductions in costs.
