I have always had a passion for problem-solving and a deep interest in the world of data. Throughout my life, I have enjoyed uncovering trends in everyday activities and automating processes to optimize outcomes, even when faced with limited resources. To further pursue my passion, I am currently pursuing a Masters in Business Analytics at the University of California, Irvine. This program has provided me with numerous opportunities to work on diverse projects, expanding my knowledge and honing my skills in handling various types of data and generating valuable insights. With expertise in Python, SQL, Tableau, and AWS, I have successfully tackled real-time projects, delivering actionable solutions. During my involvement in the Bill.Com capstone project, I conducted thorough exploratory data analysis, implemented effective time series forecasting techniques, and identified crucial factors impacting multiple industries. At Deloitte Consulting, I significantly improved project planning efficiency, enhanced customer service routing through Salesforce workflows and triggers, and reduced complaint resolution time through the implementation of automated workflows. Furthermore, projects such as Uber Data Engineering and Analytics and the KPMG Hackathon-winning project, Electrifying California, have allowed me to showcase my skills in data dimensional modeling, deploying efficient ETL pipelines, and developing predictive models. These experiences have solidified my expertise in data processing and analytics. In addition to my technical acumen, I possess strong soft skills that further enhance my abilities as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Engineer. Through previous internships and participation in extracurricular activities, I have developed proficiency in project management, teamwork, marketing strategy, public speaking, and analytical thinking.
