About Vatsala Pandey
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working across educational, therapeutic, and community-based settings with adolescents and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, identity, and relationship challenges. My practice is grounded in a relational approach, integrated with art-based methods and other evidence-informed modalities.Alongside therapy, I have been engaged in community mental health work, delivering 200+ counselling sessions, supporting crisis interventions, and contributing to programmes that aim to make care more accessible and contextually relevant. I am particularly interested in how mental health practices translate beyond clinical spaces and into everyday life.I’m especially drawn to graphic medicine as a way of reimagining how we speak about mental health, not just clinically, but creatively and collectively. As part of my ongoing research and practice, I explore how visual storytelling can make emotional experiences more accessible, nuanced, and human.
