I currently work at Publix as a customer service staff. In this position, I manage the day to day tasks and make sure that each customer is receiving quality service. I also work to delegate tasks to my fellow coworkers to keep the store clean. In addition to this, I work with money services such as Western Union to provide money transfer services to customers. My favorite part of this job is when I am scheduled to work in our cash office. Here, I balance the cash accumulated throughout the work day, as well as, balancing lottery and stamps. Throughout all these roles, problem solving and working under pressure is a must and are things I have learned to enjoy.
