I am an education systems leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling national-level training frameworks, curriculum systems, academic quality processes, and digital learning ecosystems across large school networks.My work sits at the intersection of learning design, capacity building, assessment reform, and data-informed decision-making. I have led end-to-end initiatives spanning curriculum development, professional learning programmes, academic audits, LMS creation & implementation, and analytics-driven quality improvement.I specialise in translating strategy into practical, scalable systems—supporting teachers, leaders, and organisations to move from intent to measurable impact.
