I completed my education in Vijayawada and began my career as a Technical Support Trainee. Early on, I developed a strong interest in IT service management tools, which led me to explore ServiceNow. Through continuous learning and dedication, I transitioned into my current role as a ServiceNow Administrator.In this role, I manage and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Request. I have hands-on experience with platform configuration, user management, and ticket workflow optimization.My goal is to grow into a ServiceNow Developer role.
