   As Head of Training, I\'m driving the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs to upskill employees and partners accross financial products such as MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Bonds, Unlisted Equities, FD etc. My focus is on creating robust learning frameworks that enhance product knowledge, improve client servicing capabilities, and align with organizational objectives.By designing engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, and digital modules, I ensure the content reflects current industry trends and practical applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I assess training needs, incorporate innovative teaching methods like case studies and simulations, and facilitate workshops to address both technical expertise and soft skills.
