Taught psychology to year 11 and 12 with a 25:1 ratio in each form-Endorsed student innovation & agency while making thinking and learning visible by inspiring learners to employ critical thinking & independent inquiry to unravel and apply Psychology to daily life through a website consisting of student vlogs and blogs-Enhanced student portfolios by launching a Virtual Psychology Lab, consisting of testing materials to explore intelligence, personality, self-concept and anxiety across schools in New Delhi-Collaborated with the British Psychological Association to promote global contentedness and provide students studying \'Therapeutic Approaches\' with practical insights into real-world therapy through a talk show named ‘Let’s Talk about Therapy’. This initiative is grounded in evidence-based informed practice-Manage and regularly update the school’s digital platforms to keep timely record of attendance, student grades, lesson plans, resources etc-Partnered with other educators to integrate psychological concepts into subjects like History, English, Political Science and Economics, promoting interdisciplinary learning.
