   I am currently the tech lead for Job Search and Recommendation Quality. Previously, I led the Job Seeker Growth & Experience team where I implemented AI initiatives that significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of our job seeker comms products. These efforts contributed to increased user satisfaction, retention, and overall growth. I have also worked in the domain of Responsible AI, spearheading the development and deployment of the LinkedIn Fairness Toolkit (LiFT), a large-scale framework that measures and mitigates algorithmic bias in industrial machine learning pipelines. Before LiFT, I built Data Sentinel, a large-scale data validation system that enables automated, proactive validation of over datasets at LinkedIn. These contributions have resulted in five filed patents and presentations of our work at conferences such as ICDE 2020, CIKM 2020, and KDD 2020. As a staff engineer at LinkedIn, I have also mentored interns and engineers in areas such as leadership, execution and craftsmanship.
