Leadership, collaboration & communication: • Lead and manage development of insights using deep learning, machine learning and big data technologies leveraging existing SAP and real-world data. • Worked closely with matrix organization in creating big data applications through the utilization of structured and unstructured data, designing optimal data architecture, and experimenting on new machine learning techniques. • Built the data science talent needs through role definition, recruitment, and development of a team of data scientists (internal and external partner/vendor). • Communicate complex concepts and the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner to senior management.
