ABOUT VASSILIS FASFALIS

I\'m a business law attorney and a strategic advisor assisting my clients in M&A projects, corporate reorganizations, contract negotiations, strategic partnerships and other general business law matters. I\'m results driven and hard working, with over 23 years of experience in a large variety of industries and business settings. My proven track record involves work and projects with clients from various sectors including in the construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and natural resources fields. I hold the Certified In-house Counsel - Canada certification, a designation issued by University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in partnership with the Canadian Bar Association, and I am an accredited mediator in civil, commercial and labour law from the Quebec Bar. I am passionate about speaking my clients language and deeply understanding their business environment. I love new technologies, artificial intelligence and examining how they can transform the day-to-day operations and the outcomes of organisations. I am currently a senior director - legal services with the multidisciplinary firm MALLETTE LLP. We are a leading top 5 consulting firm in Quebec, Canada having offices throught the province, including Montreal, Quebec and Saguenay, with a team of more than 1600 employees. Finally, I\'m a member of the Board of Directors, of the executive committee and the acting Chairman of the Infrastructure Committee at the Port of Saguenay, a federal crown corporation and a major maritime infrastructure located in the Saguenay region
