In my role as an AI Experience Researcher at SAP, I explore how innovations – especially AI – can inspire customers and shape the future of business. Part of the Innovation team at SAP Customer Innovation Services, my work combines research, collaboration, and prototyping.Here’s a glimpse of what I do- Collaborating with universities on research projects- Driving internal communication within the team- Designing UI/UX for custom dashboards beyond the SAP roadmap- Creating prototypes that showcase what’s possible for customers- Facilitating Design Thinking workshops with international clients- Defining AI use cases together with customers- Presenting demos and talks on major stages
