   Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution for Chewy’s Pet Health ecosystem, including CVC clinics, Telemedicine, Pharmacy Storefront, and Rhapsody/enterprise tools. Manage and mentor a 16+ person UX team, driving a unified consumer and enterprise vision through forward-looking prototypes and scalable design systems. I focus on simplifying complex workflows, elevating customer trust, and improving operational efficiency across care, pharmacy, and clinic experiences. Proud to have built a high-performing team with great retention and to have played a major role in launching and scaling Chewy Vet Care, now operating 15+ clinics nationwide.
