Vendor Balance Confirmations & Reconciliations-Review Salary Registers received form Payroll and process for Payment-Calculate Doctors Payout and Ensure Timely Payments to Doctors-Review and Update Prepaid Schedule -Ensure Proper Accounting of Expenses, Assets & Other Liabilities under various heads-Ensure Proper Closure of Accounts Payable Entries as per the Monthly Closure plan-Ensure Cash Deposits are made for previous days collection-Conduct surprise physical verification of Cash-Inter Unit Reconciliations-Prepare and Submit reports as and when required by the management.
