About Vashisht Agrawal
I am a recent graduate from Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business, who studied Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation. Leadership, problem-solving, and innovation are my main interests. After volunteering at The Spastic Centre (an NGO in my hometown), I launched a leather recycling venture to support the organization. The venture generated $1200 revenue in the first 3 months through local fundraisers and provided employment opportunities for 5 people. Last summer, I worked as a sales consultant at JJ Sarees - a renowned ethnic clothes store in Kanpur, India. I applied the knowledge I gained from Fine Tune Consultants and implemented a new sales commission program, which increased potential benefits by 30% for the sales team. I also assisted in the launch of a home shopping experience through Whatsapp selling to combat the devastating impact of the Coronavirus. In addition to my professional experience, I am a value investor, cyclist, drone photographer, soccer player, and fitness enthusiast. I have lived and gained educational experience in four different continents and worked with people from over 20 different nationalities in group projects. I love collaborating and working together to solve complex problems.
