I\'ve learned that the best analytics teams don\'t just build dashboards; they democratise intelligence and give teams the autonomy to answer their own questions.Here\'s what drives me:1) Simplifying complexity. I\'ve migrated analytics platforms to modern stacks (dbt, Snowflake, Looker), enabling teams to self-serve. I\'ve built real-time dashboards that reduce decision latency from days to minutes. Most recently at Roam Charging, I deployed a network monitoring system that cut incident detection time from 30 minutes to 2 minutes.2) Building systems, not just projects. Data mesh architecture, automated governance, real-time streaming—these aren\'t buzzwords for me, they\'re how you scale. I\'ve gone from being a startup\'s first data hire to leading teams of 15+, always focusing on enabling autonomy over dependency.3) Connecting impact to strategy. I don\'t measure success in queries; I measure it in outcomes. £800K incremental revenue from proptech lead scoring. £12M from airline dynamic pricing. £450K annual savings from EV network optimization.
