Taking care of Pan India Operations including Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, C&F Management & Transportation management. • Supervising and ensuring right quantity of right stock produced + dispatch to right place in right time. • Coordinating with Production Team for timely production of finished goods. • Taking care of Pan India Operations, including Inventory Control of Mother Warehouses, 25+ CFA’s & Multiple transporters • Review of Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory and preparing long term/short term plans for avoidance / liquidation. • Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and plant & warehouse safety. • Drive Logistics Service Provider strategy roadmap for the future. • Publishing dashboard on – SLAs, KPIs and audit scores. • Ensuring the latest best practices used in industry to support the warehousing & distribution. • Performance monitoring of Distribution Centers. • Engage with Warehouse & C&F for day to day activities. • Searching, evaluating, negotiating and selecting suitable carrier/agents/transport for smooth distribution system. • Carries out various transportation management activities like monitoring placement and lead time, transporter performance SLA, placement & transit monitoring for finished goods. • Development of transporters & monitoring robust and efficient transportation service in order to optimize costs and improve service levels of transporters. • Coordinate with Production,Purchase, accounts & Sales team for business objectives. • Monitor QC release of batches and follow up with Quality team for timely release of products.
