Projects• Renovation of Bar & Toilet at Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida• Renovation of swimming pool at Radisson Blu MBD Ludhiana• Consultant Drawing & BOQ Review for new Project One8 Commune at Radisson Blu MBD Ludhiana & Villa at Sunder Nagar Delhi and so on.Duties & Responsibilitieso Led MEP coordination and fit-out execution across premium hospitality renovations, ensuring strict compliance with project timelines.o Reviewed IFC and consultant drawings; proposed design optimizations to reduce cost and construction time.o Design and plan MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical) for new and existing buildings, create detailed drawings, layouts, and prepare the BOQ and scope of work for MEP systems.o Supervised installation of HVAC, electrical panels, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection systems.o Managed interface coordination between consultants, civil teams, and MEP subcontractors to eliminate clashes and ensure seamless fit-out delivery.o Conduct site inspections and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) submitted by contractors; ensured installations matched approved submittals.o Oversaw testing and commissioning activities; ensured performance verification for all MEP systems before handover.o Monitored daily progress, updated project schedules, and created comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and client review.o Track and assess the project budget, ensuring that contractor invoices are aligned with agreed costs, and review any potential cost overruns.o Acted as the primary liaison with hotel operations and safety teams to minimize disruption during renovation works and maintain strict health and safety (HSE) compliance.
