   In my role at Amazon, I adhered to key leadership principles such as Customer Obsession, Dive Deep, Deliver Results, Ownership, and Think Big. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I conducted Gemba walks to identify gaps in processes, manual touch points, vendor pain points, and people constraints, driving continuous improvements. My expertise in problem identification, coupled with my ability to size issues for significant business impact, allowed me to align stakeholders seamlessly. Utilizing Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Poka-Yoke, and 7 QC tools, I executed RCA and CAPA to enhance customer experience. I worked with multiple Stockholder\'s across multiple countries, spearheading partner satisfaction initiatives for worldwide vendor groups. My initiatives included creating multiple automations through Excel macros and developing dashboards using Power BI and Quick sight tools to eliminate manual reporting interventions. I optimized multiple SOPs across various programs on multiple marketplaces based on seller feedback and invented a new survey platform to streamline seller feedback collection, significantly improving the overall positive response rate by eliminating Amazon-driven defects. Furthermore, I supported the frustration-free journey for vendors, leading to enhanced satisfaction.
