Elicit, analyse, and document business and user requirements for live digital services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and UX Designers to deliver user-centred solutions • Support continuous improvement of live services by identifying issues, analysing data, and proposing enhancements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and backlog refinement sessions to gather and validate requirements • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams • Work within Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Use tools such as JIRA/Confluence to manage requirements, track progress, and maintain documentation • Analyse existing processes and recommend optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience • Ensure compliance with government digital standards and accessibility requirements (e.g, GDS principles)
