My expertise spans enterprise integrations, customer analytics data platforms, and B2C/B2B websites and applications, leveraging both vendor-proprietary (Oracle Commerce formerly known as ATG, WCS) and open-source technology frameworks (SpringBoot, Microservices & other Java and Cloud Technologies, AWS, Azure, Search Engine like Endeca/Elastic/Solr).Currently, I am working on and leading a team of budding talent to identify key white spaces in the customer eCommerce journey and solve customer problems using Generative AI (GenAI) leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with an agentic approach to enhance customer experiences and drive business impact.Beyond technology implementation, I lead strategic relationships with a network of 2500+ co-innovators\' network, driving the adoption of next-generation solutions in areas such as Social Commerce & AI-driven Personalization, Augmented & Extended Reality in Retail, Secure Payments & Fraud Detection, Customer-Centric Digital TransformationI am fond of and excited about the disruptions that technology is constantly bringing to businesses and its resulting impact on consumer experience.My leisure includes reading about diverse topics of interest which included internet of thing, product thinking, retail eCommerce, business and technology transformations.
